Barbara Jean (Boyd) Thomas, 69, of Indianapolis, passed away on December 24, 2016. Both parents preceded her in death, Robert “Soldier Boy” Boyd and Gladys L. (Chisolm) Bates; as well as her brother, Robert L. “Butch” Boyd-Turnbow.

She is survived by her nephew and niece, Kevin Lee and Fayth Ann Turnbow; and caregiver, Edna Sheppard.
